Alison Delaney is an inspirational speaker and leadership facilitator who brings a powerful blend of lived experience and professional insight to every stage she steps onto. Fostered at just three weeks old and adopted at three months into a white family in the 1970s, Alison’s early life was shaped by questions of identity, belonging, and difference. Rather than allowing adversity to define her, she transformed those experiences into a deep-rooted commitment to values-led living and leadership.
Today, Alison uses her story to help others recognise that challenge does not diminish potential, it can define it.
