BIO

Georgina Jones is an award-winning entrepreneur, author, TEDx speaker, and keynote speaker known for delivering powerful, experience led talks that inspire action, connection, and courage.

With nearly two decades of experience, Georgina has worked at senior levels across corporate, education, healthcare, and public sector organisations, helping people strengthen communication, resilience, trust, and emotional intelligence. She has spoken for and worked with organisations including Sony, Innocent Drinks, Admiral Insurance, Compare the Market, BBC, EE, the Royal College of Nursing, Welsh Rugby Union, and the National Head Teachers’ Conference, designing leadership and wellbeing programmes that create meaningful, lasting change.

At the heart of Georgina’s work is a belief that energy is your currency. How people feel directly impacts how they lead, collaborate, and cope under pressure. Her talks explore joy not as a luxury, but as an untapped, strategic tool for resilience, connection, and sustainable success.

In 2014, Georgina wrote her first book, Turn Lights On, introducing a practical philosophy for improving communication, confidence, and wellbeing. This work evolved into culture and leadership programmes delivered to organisations such as Sony, Admiral Insurance, Ordnance Survey and Compare the Market, supporting teams to strengthen morale, purpose, and human connection.

After the death of her son, Osian, Georgina’s work took on a deeper dimension. Alongside her established leadership and wellbeing expertise, she now also speaks openly and skilfully about grief, love, and the human capacity for growth, showing how joy and loss can coexist and how connection becomes even more vital during life’s hardest moments. She is the Co-Founder of Grief Disco, a movement using music and movement to foster connection and emotional wellbeing. Georgina is thrilled that Grief Discos have been popping up over the UK. Hospices, charities, communities, and health boards have been using this powerful idea.

Georgina’s talks are far from passive. She creates memorable, carefully held experiences that invite audiences to engage through reflection, music, movement, and shared participation, always inclusive, invitational, and never forced. Known for her warmth, humour, and dynamic presence, she makes complex human topics accessible, practical, and deeply impactful.
