BIO

Jennifer is a qualified Nutritional Therapist and NLP Coach with a passion for empowering individuals and organisations to achieve optimal health and vitality. Her journey into nutrition was inspired by witnessing firsthand the transformative impact dietary changes can have on the quality and longevity of life for someone facing a life-limiting illness.

For over six years, Jennifer has run a successful private practice, supporting individuals as well as charities such as Shine, Longfield Hospice, and Maggie’s Cancer Centre. More recently, her focus has shifted to corporate nutrition and wellbeing. Recognising that workplace stress and poor nutrition can significantly affect productivity and overall health, she now works with organisations to design life-enforcing strategies that reduce stress, boost energy, and enhance both physical and mental vitality among employees.

Jennifer draws on compelling research, such as Britain’s Healthiest Workplace Survey, which found that employees lose an average of 30.4 days of productive time per year due to illness or underperformance. Through education and practical guidance, she equips employees with the knowledge and tools they need to support their health, creating not only more energised and productive teams but also fostering long-term wellbeing.
