Bio

Rachel is one of the most exciting young talents in motorsport, competing in the 2026 F1 Academy Championship, the international series created to develop and showcase the next generation of female racing drivers. As a PUMA athlete, she races on some of the world's most iconic circuits alongside Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends, performing under intense pressure on a global stage.

What makes Rachel's story particularly compelling is the speed of her rise. With no motorsport background, family connections or significant financial backing, she entered the sport at just 14 years old after convincing her father to take her karting at a small indoor track near Edinburgh. Through determination, self-belief and an exceptional work ethic, she has progressed through the ranks at a pace rarely seen in motorsport.

Less than a year after beginning competitive karting, Rachel was racing against some of the world's best young drivers in the British Kart Championships. Just over a year later, she was selected from more than 50 of Britain's leading young drivers to become a Radical Motorsport factory driver in the Radical Cup UK Championship, where she secured an impressive third-place finish in her debut season in cars.

Rachel further demonstrated her potential at the F1 Academy Rookie Test before making her championship debut in Las Vegas. In her very first F1 Academy race, she finished fourth – the highest result ever achieved by a wildcard or replacement driver.

Today, Rachel combines elite sporting performance with an engaging and authentic speaking style. She shares powerful insights into resilience, confidence, high-performance culture and succeeding in environments where expectations are high and margins for error are small.
