As a wife and mum of two, Laura understands first-hand the struggles families face in managing tech use at home. And as someone who works primarily from home, she is all too familiar with the pressures of today’s always-on culture and how it affects our work life balance and wellbeing.

Technology’s value at work is undeniable – we can get on with our tasks, stay abreast of project updates, work alongside colleagues when we’re not sitting together. However, overwhelm, distraction and exhaustion are just some of the side effects of a 24/7 working culture, and this not only impacts the quality of the work being produced but also employee mental wellbeing.

Laura’s mission is clear to empower individuals and organizations with actionable solutions that enhance digital habits, boost performance and support mental wellbeing and critical thinking in a 24/7 digitised world.
