Book a Speaker to Spark Community This Mental Health Awareness Week

Mental Health Awareness Week runs from 12th to 18th May 2025, and this year’s theme — Community — is a powerful reminder of how connection and shared experience are key to better mental health.

At Papillon Speakers, we represent inspiring voices who bring energy, empathy and real-world experience to the conversation. Whether you're planning a team event, wellbeing day, or lunch-and-learn, these Speakers offer thought-provoking sessions that make a real impact.

Endurance adventurer and mental health campaigner, ALEX STANIFORTHshares his powerful story of overcoming depression, anxiety and adversity to develop resilience and self-leadership. As co-founder of Mind Over Mountain - a charity that restores mental health through nature and connection - Alex is a passionate advocate for the healing power of movement, mindfulness and community. This year’s theme of Community is especially close to his heart, reflecting the mission at the core of everything he does.

Next month Alex will take one of his most ambitious challenges yet - the 446 Challenge - climbing all 446 mountains in England and Wales in one continuous, self-powered journey. Alex will run every summit and cycle between them, covering nearly 3,000km to raise funds for mental health and open a conversation around suicide in young people.
